It is one of my many dreams to be invited to play music as either the competition DJ or side act for the now legendary Red Bull BC One event, held in a new location around the world, every year.
After four years of trying to get in contact with someone, I finally got in touch with the folks who were throwing it in New York, but to my chagrin, they had already booked the New York native DPOne. I wasn’t mad at all – DPOne is a hella cool guy, and he’s down with Full Circle, and he holds it down hard, so no love lost.
The next BC One is in three months, and I don’t know who is holding the music down. I figured that I would just create a profile on the website, and maybe the fans would get me so many votes that the powers that be notice that people like my shit.
Honestly, its a long shot, but, why not? If you got the time, I’d appreciate the vote. In the end, its the audience who decide which artists get to continue to make moves and make a living off the music.
